Recently I read an article in the Daily Express, Sabah about
the setting up of IPCMC.
IPCMC is an independent body to replace the Enforcement
Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) which has the role of receiving complaints
and conducting investigations against police misconduct.
The important question to ask is if the officers in this new
Agency – IPCMC - are the same as that of EAIC.
What changes are there going to be in IPCMC as compared to
EAIC.
