I did not want to get personal and write to The Malaysian Institute Of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and had waited for more than a year before embarking on this route. With my email to MICPA it will confirm whether all bank accounts in a club need to be audited or not. MICPA will confirm if only 2 bank accounts need to be filed in with ROS instead of the 5 bank accounts. MICPA will also confirm if the fixed deposit needs to be reported to MICPA. You can fool all the members of the club but not MICPA. Today I got a confirmation of receipt from MICPA. Lets wait for their investigation. KPMG Malaysia please take note too. I understand that John is your former partner but he is a disgrace to the accountancy profession.This is just for your information.
