There was news (hearsay) that ROS had made an application to
strike out the case filed by John Ho and Francis Liew.
The latest news is that the court did not strike out the
case.
Date for submission is 25.2.2019.
On-line reply to be submitted by 4.3.2019.
Ruling will be made on 8.3.2019.
