Further questions to ponder.
The Annual General Meeting was held on 27.8.2024.
34 members attended the meeting.
The secretary reported the secretary report for Fiscal Year 2023- 2024.
It stated that the election of office bearers was held for the fiscal year 2024-2025.
There was no mention of the date and time it was held or the place it was held.
The questions that arise are:
i. Would the 34 members who attended the AGM be considered accomplices?
ii. Could the appointment of Winnie Lee as LCI Coordinator be recognized?
iii. Could the appointment of Board Members be recognized?
iv. When was the Notice 14 (2) given to the Club?
v. Was the notice brought to the attention of the committee/Board members?
vi. Has LCI been informed of this matter?
