Dear Mr.Tiong Yong Tiing ,
I regret to note that you have ignored my emails to you just like what LCKKHost had done which ultimately led to the club's registration.

Mr. Tiong, on the day Lion Francis Liew collected the de-registration letter from ROS KK he still went up the stage to collect his award from Lion Pelly Lee.

In early July 2018 the club had its first BOD meeting. On 17th July 2018, there was a meeting in the clubhouse on the Tallantang Asrama Project.

I had decided to not report this to the police. Both meetings are illegal as the club was de-registered on 28.6.2018.

Today I have received photos showing the Lions Club of KK Host having a meeting with their sister club Manila Host Lions Club at Manila Hotel sometime in early August 2018. The photos are dated 5th August.

All these meetings are illegal and were held under your governorship. If I do not report the above, this illegal gathering will continue.

I think I ought to report this to the police for their investigation and this is to inform you.

You told me that you will act according to CBL. I checked District 308 CBL and the following is what I found.

LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL
DISTRICT 308-A2 CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

3rd Amendment on 01st May 2016. Approved by ROS on 30th December 2016)

ARTICLE VI
CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP
A Member Club and Affiliate Member Club shall cease to be a member of the District if:
(a) Its charter has been revoked by LCI; or
(b) Its registration is revoked by Registrar Of Societies, Malaysia, if applicable
While checking for the above I also came across some other matters that have not been done by the district as required by the Societies Act. I believe there is no point in elaborating on this as you don't have the habit of responding to emails. This is just to keep a record that you have been duly informed.

As always, Wish you well, Mr.Tiong.
Luqman Michel
