In our local newspaper on page 6, on 4.3.2020, I read the following:
John Ho and Francis Liew had stated in their affidavit filed in November 2018 that the members as at 22.7.2018 had authorised them to affirm the affidavit."As a general statement and warning, this court wishes to make it clear that the court will not tolerate any attempt to mislead the court or contemptuous conduct, this court makes it abundantly and crystal clear that it will not hesitate to impose a fine or imprisonment," the judge said.
