PDG John Ho of Lions Club KKHost

In our local newspaper on page 6, on 4.3.2020, I read the following:

"As a general statement and warning, this court wishes to make it clear that the court will not tolerate any attempt to mislead the court or contemptuous conduct, this court makes it abundantly and crystal clear that it will not hesitate to impose a fine or imprisonment," the judge said.
John Ho and Francis Liew had stated in their affidavit filed in November 2018 that the members as at 22.7.2018 had authorised them to affirm the affidavit.

That is contempt of court intended to mislead the judge presiding over the case.

Are members of the club going to swear in court that they authorised John Ho and Francis Liew to affirm the affidavit?

Did any of the members even read the affidavits before they were filed?

Could members of a de-registered club authorise John Ho to affirm an affidavit on the club's behalf?

I had written to a number of members including Delce Teresita Prudente, Arabi Wazani, Muthusamy Palanisamy, Joseph Chai to confirm if they had authorised John Ho and I did not receive any response.

When I asked Francis Liew at the hearing to name a few of the members who asked him to affirm the affidavit he was dumbstruck.

Why are members of the club reluctant to ask John Ho and Francis Liew to resign from the club?

I believe the directors of the club in the year 2020/2021 will be answerable when this matter goes to court.
