I am directed to refer to your several emails.

Firstly, your grievances with the Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Host in particulars, with Datuk Dr. Muthusamy, J.P has nothing to do with the Council of The Justices of The Peace, Sabah and therefore will not become involved nor be utilized by you to extract revenge against the organisation / person whom you have mentioned.

Nai Seng Tan I have been folliwing Michel's posting concerning his revelation that LCKKH operates undisclosed bank accountd leading to his unfair expulsion from the club. Why does the chairman of MAJAPS assume the clarification on the code of ethics of a JP is an act to extract revenge. So students asking questions in the class according to the said "Chairman" will be construed as extracting revenge on the teacher, the principal, the school, the education system, the education system, the minister of education and finally the prime minister. Is passing the buck the current thinking in bringing up future generations.

Kevin Low: I suspect he spoke to the JP involved and preferred not to be involved

Joshua Kong: JP is for who is wrong and who is right? revenge???

Thank you Nai Seng Tan for your insightful comment. This is again History repeating itself. I gave enough time to Muthusamy Palanisamy to answer questions. Then I wrote to DSP Clarence,. I have now written to David Davidson from Perth who will be giving a talk on 29.5.2017 in KK. Very soon there will be some clowns who will ask me as to why I have written on my blog and my FB. I cannot and will not sweep things under the worn out carpet. A JP should be accountable for his actions. I am doing my part unlike people who just complain and take no action.

Chin Chee Thau: I suggest you attend the talk on the 29th during the Q@A Ask the learned speaker to clarify and answers your question. It will be indeed of benefit to those present at the talk

Unfortunately my request for forms to attend the seminar was what had prompted the response above. The heading of my email is 'Seminar'. I was not sent the forms requested.

Joshua Kong, Yes, what revenge is the JP Council talking about? If revenge is my motive then there will be so many things to write about most of the members of my former club. No, I just want some of these so called 'pillars of society' to be answerable for their actions. I want others to know that they should not simply be complaining but taking action to make this world a little place to live in.

Poh Seng Hock: Just curious...how did this Dr. n your friend of 30 years get the Datukship title? Was it due to his generous n honest deeds to society??

Luqman Michel said...

My friend, Poh Seng Hock you are not the first one to ask such a question. Since I started writing about him on FB and in my blog I have heard many things that has been happening in the temple near my house. Many of the devotees are just biting their tongues and keeping silent. From what is going on now as far as my club business is concerned his name and honesty are antonyms. If he is an honest man he should be asking the BOD as to why the 3 accounts had not been divulged to the members. He should have not allowed the EGM to proceed when he knew that a show cause letter had not been issued. He should have queried the BOD when Lie Chin Man presented his 10 page report. He should now ask why the ten page report and the one page report by another member Mr.Ho Toh Chee was not circulated to all members.

Let me please, make it clear that I am not exacting revenge. I don't have to explain to friends who know me but for those Facebook friends who do know me well let me explain. If I wanted revenge say on KIA I would copy all the emails unbecoming of an MIA member including facts that it was KIA who was one of the members to open the 3rd bank account and hand over to MIA. What would that achieve- he MAY lose his licence. But I am not after revenge. I want justice done.

Joseph Tan Albert: Might this be a personal vendetta bro?

Luqman Michel said...

Did you not read that Dr. Muthu is my friend for more than 30 years? I would have thought that my response to Nai Seng Tan's comment above would have assured all that this is not personal vendetta. Please read my posts in my blog on this matter. I write what I have learned so that others may learn from my experience. I write things like this here as others may also stand up and fight for their rights. Many people just complain about almost everything they can think about but when it is time for action no one will come forward. Perhaps you may be able to tell everyone here as to why you think this is personal vendetta.

Joseph Tan Albert, would you not want JP's to behave like they should? Would you want them to become magistrates when they won't even correct their stand after having found out that they had made a mistake in their judgment? Thank you for your comment.

Nai Seng Tan: How can anyone associate righting a wrong with vendetta. So by analogy, SIB insistence on their using the word ALLAH in their bible and sermons, Sarawak and Sabah asking for their equitable share of their oil and gas revenue are acts of vendetta. What has our country come to. People are not able to see the wood from the trees.
