I never worry what others think of me. A Lion doesn’t concern with the opinion of sheep.

All the members of my former Lions Club who are still clinging onto their membership in the Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Host are like circus lions.

When a Circus Lion begins to think that he is King of the Jungle then rather than guide knowingly he begins to misguide the society.

These ‘Lions’ are living in denial which is a major hindrance to the Lion Movement. Staying in denial interferes with one’s ability to tackle challenges. The club members are in denial and protect themselves by refusing to accept the truth.

AND what is the truth?

3.       LCKKHost had 3 bank accounts unbeknown to most of the members.

4.       Money was siphoned out of donations and grant by a few of the members.

 

5.       Excess funds from project was used to buy an office lot used by the club.

 

 

6.       Excess funds from projects was used for purchasing assets for the club.

 

7.       John Ho and 2 others paid subscription to LCI when the club was an unlawful club for the year 2018/2019. This is in violation of the the Societies Act.

 

 

8.       LCI accepted subscription from an unlawful club despite knowing that the club was an unlawful club. This is against the LCI Constitution.

Shame on Lions around the world who read my blog posts at https://myclubexperiences.blogspot.com/ and do nothing and yet say ‘We serve’ and ‘We are a family with no borders’.

All it takes is for Lions Club International to instruct District leaders to investigate if what I have listed above is the truth and expel the two main culprits, John Ho and Joseph Chai, from the Lions fraternity.
