I had written many emails to PDG’s and DG. If only they had
a little thinking power and took it upon themselves to nip this in the bud I
would not have wasted so much time and money running around and my former club will
not be in this awkward position.
Is it possible that Ms. Pelly Lee our current DG was
influenced by her husband PDG William Tan to think that Registry of Societies (ROS) has no power over
Lions Club? (About a year ago it was PDG William Tan who had told me in the presence
of a Past President of my club that Lions Clubs are under the jurisdiction of
LCI and ROS has no control over them.)
OR is it that DG Pelly Lee is simply naïve and arrogant?
Could it be possible that she had a grudge with LCKKHost
members for their haughtiness over the years and wanted to ‘fix -up’ some of
them? (Many Lions from other clubs have told me that LCKKHost members are too
proud and haughty).
It simply does not make sense that she could appoint 6
members of LCKKHost into positions when this case has been reported to ROS and
is still under investigation.
Weren’t there anyone in the Lions fraternity who could think
at all?
What happened to prudence?
What are the following 6 persons to do with positions they
hold in other organizations if the club is suspended? They can’t hold any posts
for 5 years.

Visvanathan Suppiah -District Chairperson

Nenita Singson Tan – District Chairperson

Preservation Awareness.
Are we saying that there were no persons in the whole
district who were capable of handling the above positions?
What happened to the thinking powers of these guys who were
appointed?
Why accept the position when they very well knew that the
investigation by ROS is on-going?
Were they convinced by some PDGS that ROS has
no jurisdiction over the Lions clubs? Are they that naïve?
