The proverb above basically means to do something historic and unprecedented. Literally it means “to open up heaven and earth.”
A notice of suspension under section 13 (2) was issued to Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Host yesterday.
Section 13 (2) says:
Where the registrar proposes to cancel the registration of any registered society under paragraph (1) © the Registrar
a) Shall notify one or more of the office-bearers of the society of his intention to cancel the registration of the society; and
b) Shall give him or them an opportunity to submit reasons in writing within 30 days from the date of the notification why the registration should not be cancelled.
As such I will not post the evidence I have of misappropriation of funds by the club in January as promised. I shall post it in February.
