Have you told IPP, because of your totally unreliable, unscrupulous and twisted information on those accounts, KK Host was deregistered by the authorities (ROS) and PDG John Ho and another have filed a court action for its reinstatement. The Minister of Home Affairs responsible for ROS has now given his approval for KK Host reinstatement.

My response: Where in the letter addressed to the club by ROS does it state that the club was deregistered because of ‘those accounts’?

ROS can only impose a fine for such an offense. It cannot de-register a club just because of misappropriation of funds or manipulation of minutes of meeting..

KKHost was de-registered because the Past Presidents’ Council was not registered with ROS.

John Ho, you had lied in your letter to ROS and to the Minister of Home Affairs that the Past Presidents’ Council is like any other committee under the club. You had also stated that there are no bank accounts under the Past Presidents’ Council and that ROS has mistakenly de-registered the club. You have lied in your affidavit filed in court. This will be investigated by the police in the near future.

As I have mentioned in my blog post I am glad to see that the club may be reinstated but not happy with the devious method employed.

One good thing about the club being reinstated is that I may be able to bring a suit against the main culprits who conspired to expel me. The club reinstatement could be a blessing or a bane.

When I first wrote to LCI I requested LCI to suspend the club and investigate and after investigation to strip you of your title as PDG.

If the club is reinstated I should be able to question a few of the guys whom you named in your affidavit as having authorised you to file in the affidavit in the action against ROS.

Did these guys actually authorise you to affirm the affidavit?

Were they informed of your lies in the affidavit?

It will be nice to find out how many of those guys named in your affidavit will lie in court for you.
