Loophole in the Lions organisation

This is a continuation of my post at LINK

I am collating information from my blog posts to write an open letter to Lions Clubs International on club autonomy and the loopholes it creates for those with criminal intent.

“Falsifying documents” is a type of white-collar crime. It involves altering, changing, or modifying a document to deceive another person. It can also involve the passing along of copies of documents that are known to be false.

Here is a sentence from my post here.

‘Whenever a Lions club gets together, problems are supposed to get smaller. That's because we are supposed to help where help is needed with unmatched integrity and energy.’

I don’t see any integrity in many of the Lions I have met.

Here are two sentences from my post here.

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."

"We will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."

"He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it."

Another sentence from another post found here.

‘Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony.’

Was it the secretary who updated the electronic forms at the ROS, or was it someone else?

Here is a sentence from LCI in 2017 that is unacceptable and prone to misuse and is being misused by Lion members. LINK

‘Lions Clubs are autonomous and each Lions club is responsible for complying with local laws.’

What is LCI’s stand when they have received evidence that a criminal act was committed by a local club and ROS does not take action as the report is from a non-member?
