Response to John Ho's unbecoming remarks on Whatsapp

Dear PDG John S F Ho and Fellow lions who may still want to read these posts.

I had said that I’ll not respond to any more emails and allowed both PP Nenita and PDG JH the last words. I have no choice but to write this email as PDG JH has now made a comment on Whats App which is uncalled for and is very unbecoming of a PDG.

Let us deal with the What’s App message from PDG JH.

I want to thank Lion Horace Ho’s kind words on What’s App late last night. I would like all of you to please read that message from Lion Horace Ho. This message was followed by Thumbs up by PP Chin Chee Thau and then by our president. Thanks to both PPCCT and P. Carol. This is what I expected from fellow Lions.

What are the Thumbs up by the PP and President for? It is to say they accept what Horace Ho Toh Chee has said, PERIOD.

PDG JH had already said in his email to let matters rest. I too had said that I have no time for this bickering.

PDG JH however, went and commented a few things that are uncalled for and I believe I as a Lion should speak on behalf of PP CCT and P. Carol.

His exact words were: …I certainly cannot condone his calling members stupid, despicable and what we say is bullshit and rubbish and accusing us of saying and doing things that we never did. Chee Thau and Pres.Carol, I hope your “good, good, good,” does not refer to such behaviour?

My questions to all readers are:

1. Where in Horace Ho Toh Chee’s message are the words stupid, despicable etc mentioned?

2. Why can’t a PP and the President say that Lion Ho’s message is acceptable? They are only commenting on what Horace had written. NOTHING MORE!

3. Why is PDG JH still obsessed with coming after me when all I did was try and get assistance from fellow friends in US?

Lion Horace Ho then commented: “OK. Accepted”

Did Lion Horace Ho say that just appease PDG JH?

I apologise for the use of the word ‘Bullshit’. But, what PGD JH said is rubbish and I don’t know how else to put it other than to call it rubbish and nonsense. Let us not forget that he is a PDG. AND if a PDG can say the following:

Incidentally, while writing this email, Lion Luqman’s email enclosing his friend’s responses to his questions, arrived. There is nothing there that we do not already know and it certainly reinforces my statement “it is unnecessary to have to seek the answers from a friend in US” and I am very concerned what impressions Lion Luqman’s friend would have on us.

If the above is not nonsense/rubbish then what do I call it? Almost everything (and for some of us, everything) there, in that email from my friend in US, was not known by all of us at the last BOD’s meeting including the Chairperson of PP Council.

Now, I ask PDG JH, and Horace Ho Toh Chee:

1.       When did I use the word despicable? I have scrolled down and up on the Whats App and email to our group and cannot find this word. 

2.       Who did I call stupid? Be specific?

I will not delve into other matters and waste everyone’s time, but if anyone wants me to clarify on any matter he is welcome to raise the matter. Otherwise let this matter rest.

PDG John Ho, Please stop this bickering now. If you really want to continue, let us do it after July 10^th.
