On 12.12.2016 John SF Ho sent a Whats app message to the
members of Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Host as follows:
J Ho: “The onus of proof of any wrong doing is on the accuser. Let Luqman prove KK Host has 3 bank accounts at Alliance Bank. Any legal organization can have as many bank accounts they want.”
I have proven beyond a doubt that there is a third bank account in Alliance Bank.
This bank account:
i. is known only to a few Past Presidents of the club.ii. was unknown to most of the members until I 'discovered' it.iii.was opened in the name of Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Host which name was not registered with ROS.iv. was used to bank in donations received from the public for use by the Past Presidents for administrative expenses not approved by Lions Club International.v. was used for purposes not allowed by the Club's Constitution.
Statements signed by John Ho as Chairman and Joseph Chai as treasurer of Past President Council were handed over to the police.
The statements were hand written by Joseph Chai as he is not conversant with typing.
"Any legal organization can have as many bank accounts they want.” (John Ho)
Of course they can. However, even a layman knows that all bank account balances should be accounted for in the financial statements. This was not done. None of the bank accounts operated by the Past Presidents were ever accounted for to the ROS or to the members of the club.
Are the professionals like, Prof. Dr. Datuk Muthusamy Palanisamy, Datuk Jim Rajaratnam, Dr.Jacob Yan, Dr. Andrew Wong and all other professionals in the club naive?
How is John Ho able
to deceive so many educated members who are not in the inner circle not to ask
any question about the secret bank accounts?
How is John Ho able to deceive the police into believing that any excess of grants from LCI/LCIF is for club use when it specifically says otherwise in the LCI constitution?
